Scope of Services. Through this Site, Black Bear Appliance Repair markets and arranges Refrigerator Repair, Dryer Repair, Washing Machine Repair, Dishwasher Repair, Oven Repair, Freezer Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Black Bear Appliance Repair arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Bear Appliance Repair from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
